Client centered one on one therapy custom catered to you. With a wide range of modalities therapists will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan. Sessions are typically schedule weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minutes.

Yes, Therapists can need therapy too, and who better than someone else in the field to provide the heart felt care you provide for others? From individual to couples work, we can meet you where you are at.

SUPERVISION (FOR CLINICIANS)
Individual and group supervision is available. With a focus on "heart work" simultaneously with clinical insight supervisee's have a unique opportunity to grow into the great therapist they want to be.
Supervision groups are forming now.
